Thunderbolt Siren Test Elkhart, IN 10-1-11

Well i wasnt expecting this. This former 1000 has been fixed, but wasnt expecting the chopper to be replaced for the 3rd time and the chopper level bumped down to 4. I first heard this siren back in 05 during a nighttime malfunction and it sounded like my West Lafayette HS thunderbolt video. Then in 2008, discovered it was a 1000. At the end, you can hear the Middlebury thunderbolt winding down. So once again, Elkhart has all 1000T's and 3 T-128's.
